Medicine Integration Therapy

OUR Medicine Integration APPROACH

Medicine work can open deep and rapid access to internal experiences and previously inaccessible spaces inside. While this can be deeply meaningful, it also makes readiness, pacing, and support throughout the experience essential. Entering this work before the nervous system and our internal system are prepared can lead to overwhelm or even destabilization. At the same time, many people are understandably tired of hurting and are eager for relief - they both make sense.

There is something wonderfully bold and liberating about saying yes to our entire imperfect and messy life.

~Tara Brach

Healing is rarely linear—life is complex, many of us carry the effects of trauma, and some are feeling called to explore or make sense of the healing potential of medicine-assisted experiences.*

In our work together, I support you in accessing greater understanding and self-acceptance after a journey—helping all parts of you feel welcome, understood, and respected. We gently make space for what emerged during your experience, while also supporting more intellectual, managerial or other "thinking" parts of your system in understanding what happened, why it matters and adjusting to a new internal landscape. This often helps reduce confusion, self-judgment, the urge to “figure it out” or make changes or new decisions too quickly. We support your system's own unique pace.

Through integration, we work to increase nervous system regulation, bridging insight with felt experience, and translating what was encountered into something that can be lived and held with care and acceptance—rather than held at a distance or pushed away. Integration becomes a process of making sense, finding compassion, and supporting your system in moving forward with greater clarity, grounding, and trust.

If you are seeking a compassionate, safe, attuned space to integrate a medicine journey, I would be honored to support you.
