“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all the darkness.”
-Desmond Tutu
I’m a neurodivergent and Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), holding the gifts and complexities of both. I have lived experience with the intricacies of the hard to grasp effects of childhood trauma as well as the winding, non-rational, nonlinear nature of healing.
I get in my bones why pacing, trust and safety matter so much.
If you are interested in a gentle, safe, compassionate space where you can begin to access, or lean into deepening, your inner wisdom, sense of spaciousness and embodied calmness, I’d love to hear from you!
Together we will develop tools to support you in gaining insight and shifting patterns and behaviors that do not serve you any longer.
