a little about me
As a neurodivergent and Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I really get the unique gifts—and challenges—that come with living with these intersections!
And, my own path of healing has enabled me to hold a personal window into the vast impacts of traumatic events and relationships as well as a lived experience navigating a healing journey. The road to creating a calmer body. How to increase capacity to embody self-compassion and become more Self-led.

Healing isn't a linear path and our emotions aren't logical.
My intention is to create a safe space by:

-
Building safety and trust over time
-
Listening and being highly attuned - to your system as well as mine
-
Being open to the mystery and healing capacity of Self - within us both
-
Respecting your inherent worth and value - all faiths, ages, genders, sizes, sexual orientations, cultures and races

If you are looking for a gentle, compassionate space in which to lean into your inner wisdom and cultivate a sense of embodied calm, I would love to support you!

“Within you, there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself.”
~ Hermann Hesse
